One of the user is getting the above mentioned error and he has also cleaned the cache under C:\Users\your account\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Team Foundation\6.0\Cache using command prompt.

Still facing the same error as "Getting TF400013: An unexpected database error occurred (code 207). Contact your Team Foundation Server administrator (code 207).

Please clean the server side cache and try again:

清理服务器计算机上的缓存文件夹。文件夹路径为：C：\ TfsData \ ApplicationTier \ _fileCache。

Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is: C:\TfsData\ApplicationTier\_fileCache.

清理后，在服务器上单击开始，然后选择运行...打开对话框，然后输入
iisreset.exe ，然后点击确定，等待它完全运行。

After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
