When reviewing a pull request, the diff views aren't word wrapped. This is probably the most appropriate default for most source code, but the view gets difficult when reviewing Markdown text files and paragraphs scroll on and on and on to the right.

According to the test in my machine, the word wrap is disabled in diff window too. As you said, it is appropriate from most issue. And we could not apply the web wrap to diff window now.
