This is the first time I've used CodeContracts and I downloaded and installed 1.4.60218.0 this morning

I've enabled "Perform Static Contract Checking" for my project and when I build the output window shows the following

 Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'System.Data.Entity.Internal.AppConfig' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.

Does CodeContracts work under VS2010 and .Net 4?  Thanks.
