I'm trying to set up my Kinect v2 and I keep getting a crash with the KinectV2 Configuration Verifier. When I run the exe it instantly stops on the main screen.

Have you reboot the system before using the SDK? If this is a fresh install and you had the sensor connected, it may not have correctly connected to the runtime/service. Does it still occur after reboot? If so, do a fresh uninstall be sure the sensor is disconnected and be sure the SDK/Runtime are both removed. Reboot without sensor attached and reinstall the SDK. Once that is complete, connect the sensor and see if you still have the issues.

The verifier tool does require internet access, so if you are not connected at the time, it may fail while trying to update configuration definitions, but shouldn't crash. Where there any recent changes to the system with runtime updates or other SDK installs?
