When I install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), the application is succesfully installed and appears in Programs and Features. But I can't find the resulting folder of the installation. I need the path to the compiler. I don't know too much about the installation but it start with extracting files to my d:\ drive while my default installation folder found in (Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion) is C:\Program Files (x86).
