I know TFS has a function link to Excel that can print a work items report according to the query, but work items cannot link to the pull request by default. Is there any ways to print a report which involves pull request? Thanks.

Thank you for posting here.

There is no build-in feature in TFS to print pull request now. As a workaround, the pull request is stored in the database tbl_GitPullRequest in the collection database, you could create your own query and report based on the database, then print the query or report.
