I have a Kinect for Windows and if I connect it to the computer through usb before I turn the computer on, the computer freeze in the loading screen. However, everything works fine if I connect the Kinect after I turn on the computer.

Which USB chipset are you using? I have seen this on one of my own systems as well. There may be a firmware update for your BIOS that may be able to resolve this.
