When I attempt to export my SketchFlow project to Word I get an error message saying I need to have ms word installed, I do have Word2010 which was installed at the time I installed Expression Studio4.  Any suggestion how to get Blend to recognize Word.  Thanks.

Have a look at this thread, one of the most common reasons is that the .net interop assemblies may not be installed.
