I have a situation where timesheets are to be approved by a resource (ie line) manager.  However in some situations the system demands that a further level of approval is required, once the line manager has approved the timesheet. (this is not required). The approval status provides a box for the next person's name to be entered.  This feature seems to appear randomly but I guess there is some parameter that determines whether multiple level of signature is required.  We are operating in single mode. It occurs whether fixed routing is switched on or off.  Are there any other settings I am missing?
