This looks like an app license exception, and I gather you see it as a first chance exception that is indeed handled by the AdControl. The default for VS with C++/CX is unfortunately to break on platform raised exceptions, even when it is handled. You can safely ignore/continue through this one. The issue should self correct when the app is published. We have actually refactored a lot of code (from CX to WRL) and expect to release that soon, to avoid this false alarm.
