i am using authorization manager(azman) in my application for authorization.

Facing this issue sometimes in a 3 server(Windows 2008 R2) scenario.

有时此问题在机器重启或IISRESET后自动解决，在某些机器问题中机器重启后未解决。请建议。

sometimes this issue solved automatically after machine restart or IISRESET, In some machines issues is not resolved after machine restart. please suggest.

we were able to connect to azman.msc using the connection string(we are not using sql server login sa)
