Our client would like to have the ability to edit custom fields blocked (grayed out) in Project Pro 2010.

When I open a project in Project Pro 2010, I can click on File -> Info to see several choices. One of them is "Edit Custom Field Values". Is there a way to limit who can edit what fields when this link is clicked? If not, can this field be grayed out/removed entirely from this page?
