Not sure if this is a bug in the  PWA 2010.

如果资源提交了任务并且实际情况得到批准，那么如果资源更改了前一周的实际任务，那么批准者如何知道哪些小时在批准任务时过去已被更改，因为它不会突出显示任何修改后的小时以供批准。

If a task has been submitted by a resource and the actuals are approved then if the resource changes the actual of tasks in the previous week then how does the approver know which hrs have been changed in the past when approving the task as it doesn't highlight any revised hrs for approval.
