Hi,

We have a SharePoint public facing publishing site, the site is using Cross-Site Publishing with an Authoring Site collection and is very dependent on Search query webparts to display content.

We have a requirement to create a different language version of the site for the public, so all current content would need to be translated, and have the option of selecting the language from the top level navigation.

Can anyone recommend an approach to achieve this, or have any experience you can share.

I'm thinking we would need 'another' site with Authoring/Publishing sites and a different URL, and replicate the content in the other language. The webparts for Search queries would also need to be re-built with the different language titles etc?

This would obviously mean any new content would need to be created 'twice'.

Or is there an option to create a different 'view' using audiences?, as it's anonymous access I wasn't sure if this could be achieved.
