I had issue with Excel data. Here is the snapshot of sample excel data currently having and required format of data.

任何人都可以请我格式化数据，没有任何空白。因为我有近12k的记录。

Can anyone please hep me in formatting the data without any gaps. Since I had nearly 12k records.

Press F5 to display the 'Go To' dialog.

Select Blanks, then click OK. Now only the empty cells in the data table are selected.

Note the address of the active cell within the selection; you can see it on the left hand side of the formula bar.

Let's say that the active cell is C6.

输入公式= C5然后按Ctrl + Enter。 （如果活动单元格为E9，则公式为= E8等。）

Enter the formula =C5 and then press Ctrl+Enter. (If the active cell had been E9, the formula would have been =E8 etc.)
