Anyone know anything about Excel? When I open an Excel spreadsheet the program opens normally, when I open another spreadsheet it opens in the same Excel window. How do I get my new spreadsheets to open in new Excel window ( 2 Excel programs running)? I''m using Office 2003.

I gave up. I had the reverse problem (only wanted one window). Never did figure where they put that setting.

If I remember correctly this is a windows setting. For instance if you have windows running to open new window each time it will open new windows application each time. However, if you have windows to replace current window with new one it will open in the same application.

However, if you are doing this in code it is slightly different.
