We have a SharePoint 2010 site where we have created different views for customers. Different permissions has been set to them. A strange thing is, a person who has only read access is able to view with full permissions and a user with Full Control is not able to see some documents.

You cannot assign permissions to views created for a list or a document library: the permissions can be assigned at the list/library or item level. Are you sure the permissions' inheritance has not been broken for specific items within the list/library?
Open the list, go to List settings and click Advanced settings: check the Item-Level Permissions settings for the list.
