Hey everyone, So here is the situation

We have a facilitator schedule that has been on SharePoint as a list with the following fields:

Meeting Type Facilitator Date Reminder Date

What we need to happen,

Each week we are wanting an email to be sent to the facilitator 4 days before the meeting date.   I have tried these numerous ways in sharepoint designer 2010 and keep getting errors.  It will either not send any emails or emails to everyone on the list.  I think the issue is that the list is loaded already for the entire year so there is no new entry or a change to an existing entry.  I can add another field to do that if that is the best way.  Can someone provide me with steps to get this accomplished broken incomplete format?

What’s the error message? Is the workflow started on the item?

We can pause the workflow until 4 days before the meeting date and then send email to facilitator.

For the email not sending issue, please add the action "log to history" before and after action "send mail" to check if the send mail action is performed.

Make sure the outgoing e-mail settings for the server are configured correctly.

Meanwhile, check if the user which you want to send to has valid email address.
