If there is any chance you are able to use WPF or WPF/E (Silverlight) I would suggest that you take a look at Microsoft Expression Blend and make your own controls and dashboard with your personal touch to it. If you are in a hurry wpf toolkit or silverlight toolkit could be usefull. If you can''t use WPF or WPF/E, you should make your own controls extending existing ones, or try to find other toolkits that can be of help (like asp control toolkit or <whatever you need> toolkit).
