We have a hosted Exchange Server and no Admin rights.  We have Project Server 2010 and want to integrate tasks with Outlook.  Is there a way to do this without using the exchange server?

You might be able to develop your own add in for Outlook to do this, this is how PS 2007 and PS 2003 used to work...
