thanks for posting here.

You could try to create a CLR project and follow these steps to create a Windows Form control.

1. New -> Project -> C++ -> CLR -> CLR Empty project

2. Right click the project, Add New Item, under UI, select windows form

3. Now you have a form to work with.  ( It may cause an error but if you close the form designer and then re-open it, it will be used fine ).
