"..Microsoft visual c++ 2012 Microsoft foundation class library  .User cancelled installation", the installation is not complete because you cancelled it.

Please try to repair visual studio 2010, go to control panel->right click on visual studio 2012->change->repair. Besides, you can download the ISO file for visual studio 2012 and use it to repair visual studio.

If the issue persists, I need your help to collect the complete VS installation log. Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
