I am using Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop (version 5) with Windows 10 and unable to get COM Components to open.

我右键单击工具箱，选择工具箱项目打开，如果我单击COM组件选项卡，它似乎锁定。 所有其他选项卡都可正常工作，我可以毫不费力地加载.NET Framework组件。

I right click in the toolbox, the Choose Toolbox Items opens and if I click on the COM Components tab it appears to lock up.  All other tabs work fine and I can get the .NET Framework Components to load without a problem.
