I am facing an issue while providing permission and access on Team Foundation Server 2015 on premise.

I created a new project using scrum process template in freshly installed TFS 2015. I also created a new TFS group for my project containing 6 team members from our organization active directory. Now I want to provide some different access rights to 4 team members and some different access rights for remaining 2 team members.

than you'll get to the server administration page where you can switch to the Access Level tab.

To add a user or a group you need to click on "Addv" button and them to the currently select role.

if you don't see the admin page than you should check in TFS Admin Console if you're configured as TFS administrator.
