Is there any way to update NAS folders and all links in share-point get updated? I need to updated few of our NAS folders name(Shared drive folders).

The links in the SharePoint wiki pages are just HTML hyperlinks: as far as I know, there is no way for them to be automatically updated as soon as the locations they point to are changed, unless the link have been dynamically added to the pages.
