I need some help in the following scenario:

I have a default project plan which I use as a template for my projects.

Now I need a solution to synchronize copys of this project plan with project plan lists

Another solution for my problem would be if i can sync custom sharepoint fields to standard project fields
via the manage fields dialog. Is this possible?

There exists no MS Project 2011. The versions available are Project 2010 and Project 2013 Preview.
