I lost all my files when the computer switched to windows10. I had WORD and EXCEL with medical files and bills on both plus others including my wife's medical files. Files consist of medications, surgeries, allergies and Doctors. EXCEL consisted of bill, amounts, checks, dates paid and so forth. I can't find either WORD or EXCEL ON WINDOWS10.
