I have added the Federation Services role to my Windows Server 2008 R2. I want to configure relying party in ADFS. All online articles talk about opening the "Add Relying Party" wizard from the ADFS Management console. I am not sure I have an ADFS Management console. Under Administrative Tools, I see Active Directory Federation Services (among other things), but no Management console. In Active Directory Federation Services, I couldn't find any 'Add Relying Party' wizard.

 

What's going on? Are the steps for adding a relying party different on Server 2008 R2? Thanks!

ADFS 2 is a seperate download.  It doesn't come with Windows Server 2008 R2.  You likely installed ADFS v1.  You want: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=10909
