I have created multiple Surveys in SharePoint Online. Is there a way to have all the Survey results go to one place after the Survey is submitted. Currently I am exporting every survey with its responses individually to excel, and combining them. Is there a better solution?

If you have multiple surveys apps in a site, there is no out of box way to summarized them.

You can use the export function for every survey.
