I'm working on a training request system and planned on using a survey to collect responses pertaining to the request requirements. In testing whether or not this would work I ran into some issues where a list WF would not start on item creation, a requirement for this project. Hi Zach, yes you can use a workflow on a survey list. Who/what account is kicking off the workflow? Make sure it's not a system account and you may have to use elevated permissions to run the workflow.
