I have a windows 7 machine with the most current updates and I am trying to uninstall VS2012 Pro but all it does is flash and does nothing.  I have tried the Windows tool MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab and it says it cannot uninstall the program either.
