I have an issue in CodedUi.

I need to run the automation code by using the .exe file but I have seen that it was not possible.

As I know, to run Coded UI test on a machine A without Visual Studio, we need use test agent (on Machine A)/ test controller(Machine B with Visual Studio), and we run test on test agent machine remotely, that's how it works.
