All the servers are in the same data center.

Users started complaining that the Release Management Console installed on their desktops are running slow when clicking on anything in the console. The Release Management Website is also slow.

I've been troubleshooting and it seems to do with the database connection to the RMS2013. Its not networking, High IO or any Hardware issues.

Can you tell me if there is any KB's about slowness? Can it be the number of releases in the database causing the issue?

Most recently I had to increase the timeout value for the SQL Connections in the Webconfig to correct some of the errors users on the console and web.

If that’s not the network, hardware or memory issue on your RM 2013 Server machine, we suggest you install your RM 2013 Server on another machine rather than TFS 2013 AT machine.
