I have one problem in windows 8.1 uwp desktop application while sending mail.I am not able to attach the specified file.I am trying to attach a file in code,but Mail window the attached file is not appearing.can you please give a suggestion for this problem.

The problem is that the new UWP api "https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/contacts-and-calendar/sending-email" will use your default Mail app. If you cannot attach file, can you also try the default Mail app to see the result?
