I have only used a WYSIWYG program for creating web sites called Web Easy; that program didn't do exactly what I needed.  I just bought the ew2 and read all the help topics and the CD tutorial.  The tutorial is talking about Blend 2.  Is that a seperate program or does it come with the ew2?  I've searched my computer for the Blend 2 application and found nothing.  In the tutorial the EW2 and Blend have a different look so I think I'm not totally crazy.  Any help would be great!

No, it is a separate application in the Expression Studio suite of products. The tutorials which come in the EW2 box (well, any of the Studio products) have a few limited tutorials for each of the products in the suite, whether you bought the whole suite or not. It is basically just a sales brochure for Total Training.
