I have been working in VS08 for awhile now but want to see if I can transition to EW2.
I am a web designer/graphic artist and like the interface better on EW vs VS.
The problem is, i work with many developers who use VS08. I can work on thier aspx/.net files but there is one problem i cannot seem to find an answer for and was looking for help.
In VS08 you can create a new file and specify the master page: I found this option in EW no problem
The issue is when you do this in VS you can also specify a C# file be created seperatly for the aspx file and VS creates both files simultaneously.
I cannot find this option in EW and if i cannot do this, my company will not be purchasing EW for me to use.
Anyone know is EW will do this in the same fashion as VS?

No you can't create the code-behind files in EW. Hopefully this might be fixed in a future version because it's a real nuisance. The current workflow is to create the initial page in VS and then open the aspx page in EW for design/editing.
