Installation started. After a couple of minutes the setup said that Hyper-V is enabled and current user is added to Hyper-V Administrators group and then a restart was requested. After restarting the computer the setup continues but after a couple of minutes the computer suddenly restarts itself without any error. After booting again the setup continue as the last time and again after a few minutes - restart. This happens on every boot until I killed the setup process.
