Have an application (DLL) that compiles/links fine in Vis Studio 2008.

Uses MFC, 64 bit

Trying to upgrade to Vis Studio 2012 Update 1 (full version, not express, and yes, MFC install option is checked)

(note: Visual Studio version is required by external application I am linking to, so I can't use another version)

Trying to compile, I get:

Tried to create a brand new MFC DLL project in 2012, same issue.

This has GOT to be answered before, but I can't seem to find it.
