Hi,

I was having a problem with a "send email on renewal date" workflow which is triggered by a retention stage (renewal date plus zero days- run a workflow- send renewal email...).

I removed the workflow and retention stage and started from scratch.

I'm now testing to see if it works.

Hi DanielR,

保留阶段将对使用特殊内容类型并满足活动的所有文档生效。

Retention stage will take effect on all documents which are using the special content type and meet the event.

例如，如果您在文档内容类型上创建保留阶段，那么使用内容类型并满足该事件的库的所有文档都将生效。

For example, if you create the retention stage on Document content type, then all documents of the library which are using the content type and meet the event will be effected.
