我已经尝试过serverl次来访问我的旧hotmail帐号sinky1873 @ hotmail  co uk 因为它有我的简历在这个帐户我按照屏幕上的说明，我已经重置我的密码两次，然后当它要求你提供尽可能多的信息，因为我可以尝试这样做，因为我只使用hotmail发送我的简历到雇主的帐户我不记得任何一个hotmail地址我已经发送了我的cv我从微软得到的最后一个回复说他们建议我开辟一个新的帐户

i have tryd serverl times to access my old hotmail account sinky1873@hotmail co uk  as it has my cv in this account i followed the on screen instructions and i have reset my password twice then when it ask you to provide as much information as possible i have tryd to do this but as i only use the hotmail account for sending my cv to employers i cant remember any of the hotmail address's i have sent my cv too the last response i got from microsoft was saying they recommend that i open up a new account which i dont want to do all of my contacts are on this address and all the people i know have this address and most importantly my cv is saved in my inbox also i thought the information i gave was enough as i gave them my two old password plus my security question answer i am getting a bit annoyed and i just wish there was a number i could phone and speak to someone can someone please HELP!!!!!!!!!!
