Ever since hotmail got changed to outlook, i have not been able to access my hotmail. Even though i did not key any incorrect passwords. I was asked to verify authenticity of my profile, given the reason that microsoft values secruity very seriously. But i have had this email for almost 10years and have never changed my password before. When i tried to retrieve my account, i was asked security questions that i dont have the answers to! Mainly because i created this account close to 10years ago. I honestly cannot remember the answers to these questions anymore. I doubt most people in my position will still be able to remember what answers&questions they set 10years ago. So now i'm locked out of my one and only email account i've owned these years. All my contacts i've accumulated all these years are in that email account. Please help advise what could have happened? And how can i have my account back? I'm using my girlfriend's account to type this help enquiry. My email is: [e-mail]
