This is happening during all aspects of usage of vs 2017 professional for me. It takes forever to boot up, then load a project, then edit nuget packages, and to build the project. All items cause vs to go non responsive for a few minutes at a time. It is unbearable.

I do not have any extensions installed. I have VS 2015 installed on the same computer and that runs much quicker.
