we are trying to get make our app accessible using narrator and nvda reader and are not able to read the message in a MessageDialog. Both narrator and nvda are reading only the tile. Could someone please help us out with this?

Are you familiar with how Narrator works? How are you trying to read the items?

You should be able to use Caps Lock + Right Arrow / Left Arrow to move between items on the MessageDialog.
