Hi, I am getting Error Code 0x80005005 on my W8.1 system and would appreciate your help.

I believe that the error message regards Administrative privileges and can't figure out how to get around this issue since I am the owner and only user of this computer and I am also the administrator. Any help would be appreciated.

We would really need to know what application is returning this error.  

This is a custom error code (not a standard error). The error value is 20485 (0x5005).
