I Try for about a month to install .NET FW 3.5, But i can't, i tried a lot of solutions, but none of these worked. THE FEATURE IS ON!

Solutions i tried:

Enabling Features on

Doing the ISO Think with CMD - DISM

What’s your OS version?

In Turn Windows features on or off windows, please try to select those two options under .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and click ‘OK’ to install.

Please try to download .NET Framework setup verification tool to verify it or use the .NET Framework Repair Tool to repair.
