现在使用SharePoint（Office 365）或InfoPath，我想以某种方式自定义EMP列表的"默认新表单"，因此它将具有提供（主要是数据网格）将新记录与单个表单中的父列表一起添加到子列表。

I have gone through lot of blogs and video's which explains about Parent - Child relation for 2 SharePoint lists. However i don't get reference to what exactly i need, which i explained below as short as possible. It would be great help if someone provide me some information. Please note that i am using Office 365 and i do not have Sharepoint Designer. I have InfoPath available if it helps.

Scenario - (It's an example to keep it short, actual scenario is bit complex)

I have a List as Employee which is parent list which contains 3 columns as Emp ID, Emp Name, Department columns. (Offcourse sharepoint add its own default columumns as ID, Title, etc).

I have another List as Tasks which is Child list which contains 5 columns as EmpID (lookup from Parent), ID(Lookup from Parent), Task details, Status, comments. This has 1:M relations between Parent to Child. So one emp will have multiple Task Records.

Now using SharePoint (Office 365) or InfoPath, I want to customize 'Default New Form' of EMP list in a ways, so it will have provision (mostly a data grid) to add new record to Child list along with Parent list from single form. 

So altogether i want to insert new record to Parent and Child list together using Single form i.e. Default New form of Parent list.

Hi,

If you can create a workflow or remote event receiver you can copy the same record to the child list.
