If I understand you correctly you want to grant other people access to a subset of the features of your publisher account (e.g. upload an App update, without being able to see download numbers or being able to publish that update).

Unfortunately there is no such functionality right now. It's also not possible to access the same account using different credentials at all. The publisher account is linked to exactlly one Microsoft account and only that account can make any changes.
