Did you only meet this issue when you run this project or any project?

Refer to the error message, please have a try with the following to troubleshot this issue:

1. Clear all folders and files under the folder: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\ and restart the VS 2015 to check it again.
2. Open cmd and navigate to the VS 2015 installation folder like C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE and run the command: devenv /safemode to run it as safe mode, then check if the installed extensions caused this issue.
3. Go to start, expand the Visual Studio 2015 folder and run the Developer Command Prompt for VS 2015 as administrator, type devenv /resetuserdata to clean up the cache data in VS 2015
4. Go to Control Panel-Programs and Features, right click the VS 2015 and choose Change-Repair
