     我们的应用程序是SharePoint 2013内部部署。企业需要将高达1GB的大文件上传到网站。我们使用XMLHttpRequest调用来上传文件。

      Our application is SharePoint 2013 on-premise. Business is having one requirement to upload large files upto 1GB into the site. We used XMLHttpRequest calls to upload files.

对于我们的一些用户来说，可以上传大文件，但少数用户无法正常工作。我们已经厌倦了提供相同的权限并尝试上传相同的文件。但即使在后端它也不适合他们。 

For few of our users it is possible to upload large files, but for few it is not working. We have tired giving same permissions and tried same files to upload. But even in backend it is not working for them.

'unable to upload at this time, please contact administrator', this is the error we are getting while uploading in backend itself.

Please check the maximum upload size in the Central Administration, by selecting the Web Application -> General Settings (on ribbon) -> then again General Settings -> and check Maximum Upload Size

如果提到1024 MB以下，则将值增加到1024 MB（1 GB）。如果用户仍然遇到相同问题，请在任何WFE服务器中启用blob缓存。

If its mentioned below 1024 MB, then increase the value to 1024 MB(1 GB). if the users still having the same issue then enable the blob cache in any of your WFE server.

You mentioned like some users are able to upload the 1 GB file and some users are can't. by the way if the users are tying to upload the more than the mentioned value, sharepoint would say " something went wrong" but in your issue it said "Unable to upload at this time" which means SharePoint servers are busy at the moment that's why it doesn't allow to upload the file.

So on next time when you are getting the same error, please check the server status.

and try the same users to upload the file in different library or different web application
