I am new to Sharepoint and am trying to open a SharePoint page as Site collection administrator on 2007 designer. Everytime I try to open it, I see a warning msg "This website has been configured to disallow editing with SharePoint designer. Contact your web administrator." I have enabled Sharepoint designer in CA, looked for DisableWebDesignFeatures=wdfopensite" in my Onet.xml files but it does not exist. Kindly help!
